Is there a buy-side advisor that you can recommend?  

I'm seeking an M&A advisory firm to facilitate a company search and provide assistance through the acquisition process.  Target companies will be in the $2m-$5m EBITDA size range and in the Northeast US.  I'm especially interested in logistics, manufacturing, and distribution businesses.
