Recommendations for 3rd party fund administrators

Does anyone have recommendations for 3rd party administrators for a self-funded search.

I'm looking help setting up the legal paperwork for the investor vehicle for the Holding Co and someone to manage the admin and back office.

Is this something that a law firm or accounting firm typically does?
