Recommendation for lawyer in the Netherlands? For legal DD & documentation

Hi everyone, Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced lawyer in the Netherlands for the purposes of legal DD & subsequent documentation (i.e., SPA)? Bonus: SaaS and cross-border experience Thankful for any leads!
