Recommendation for daycare / preschool lender

I am looking for a lender who specializes in daycares and preschools. Specifically one who has experience with SBA 504 use for purchasing the related real estate. Anyone have recommendations?

We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage Shop with over 500 lending partners. We have done a lot of daycare financing over the years, including via the SBA 504 loan program, and definitely have lenders that specialize in this market as one of their verticals.
