what is typical or fair for CEO :

Salary
Stock Option Plan vesting over 5 years and accelerating upon Sale

Hey Scott,
the compensation structure is mostly -fixed salary -representation allowances (tax free) -variable annual bonus -LTIP (long term incentive plan) -exceptional/one-off bonus Benefits (among others) can be : -employer-paid social insurance coverage -above-standard pension plan -employer-paid health/accident coverage

The amounts and structure will much depend on the company size, industry but also how you will create and reward the expected behavior/results.

Following as well; I'm also curious if recent ETAs have shifted their compensation structure preferences on long term incentive plans, etc given the Treasury bond inverted yield curve? Thanks!
