Recent home healthcare comps ?

looking for perspective on recent eg ‘23 & ‘24 multiple comps for home care businesses. SDE range of $800k-1.5M

Hi .Patrick . I bought 2 franchise the last 6 years in the home care business. If you are in a regulated state and if there are no numerous Clauses I think that around 3 to 3.5 is probably a good range. Be mindful that the devil is in the details and that you want to make sure the information system (scheduling software is a good one). You also want to make sure that the policies and procedures are in line with how you want to run the businesses. The last one I bought I lost 80% of the original crew in the first 12 month ( I was able to replace them). I raised them all & offered PTOs but I was also stricter on the reporting.
