Does anyone have experience what types of bank debt products work best for searchers in Germany? And what are the current interests for these loans?

I saw KfW Kredit Nrredactedhowever I was wondering if there are any alternatives without personal liabilities.

You might be able to work something out with your local "Beteiligungsgesellschaft", i.e. BayBG in Bavaria, MBG in BaWü, MBG-BB in Berlin Brandenburg.
