Does anyone have experience what types of bank debt products work best for searchers in Germany? And what are the current interests for these loans?

I saw KfW Kredit Nr###-###-#### however I was wondering if there are any alternatives without personal liabilities.
Thanks!

Hey Jacob, I'm reposting my response to a similar question from another thread... For financing company acquisitions in Germany, consider the following banks and lending partners: 1. Sparkassen: They have a strong regional presence and are known to support acquisition financing with competitive terms, especially for smaller deals. 2. Volksbanken: Similar to Sparkassen, they focus on local relationships, which can be beneficial for understanding your entrepreneurial needs. 3. HVB (HypoVereinsbank): They offer a range of financing products and might be suitable for larger acquisitions. 4. KfW Bank: They provide various loan programs that could be useful for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 5. Deutsche Bank: While they are a larger institution, they have specific programs for acquisition financing, although they might have more structured processes. 6. Commerzbank: They also offer acquisition financing, but may have stricter requirements. 👉 It’s essential to build personal relationships with the bank representatives, as this can often lead to better terms and more flexibility. 🏦 Have you considered mezzanine funding? Various funds specifically focus on mezzanine financing, providing more tailored solutions. 🏦 Or have you considered online marketplaces or platforms like Companisto and Seedmatch? They cater specifically to the German market, allowing you to pitch your business to local investors. 🏦 Crowdfunding platforms such as Kapilendo or Ecoligo, which focus on financing for SMEs and startups in Germany, might be a consideration. 🤗 Hope that helps. You might be able to work something out with your local "Beteiligungsgesellschaft", i.e. BayBG in Bavaria, MBG in BaWü, MBG-BB in Berlin Brandenburg.
