Does anyone have recommendations on a receipt scanner they've found success with? We get a high volume of paper invoices from suppliers each day and it takes hours of manual data entry into QB. Need a scanner that processes everything from 8.5x11 sheets of paper to 5ft long receipts. Thanks!

I’ve been reviewing UIPath which seems to have a fairly robust set of pre-trained automation tools.
I’m working with an RPA engineer through Upwork to redesign some of our processes to automate various areas of our finance function.

there’s a good overview on some of the opportunities here: https://www.uipath.com/solutions/department/finance-and-accounting-automation

early days for me - happy to stay connected, and share as I work through the redacted

Looks like others have provided some good options so I'll throw in another. Depending on your org..'s IT capabilities and your needs, an iPhone can be a perfectly decent scanner when paired with Microsoft's Power Apps and Power Automate tools. They have a prebuilt receipt processing model which can be used and deployed at low cost (but requires some technical sophistication to set up): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/prebuilt-receipt-processing
