Real estate loans for non US citizens

Hi all,

I know this is a bit off topic but I am wondering whether anyone has contacts to lenders who lend to non US citziens to purchase property (in the U.S.).

I have found some websites online but always think its better to hear from people who have personal contacts or who may have been through the process themsevles.

We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage shop with over 500 lending partners. We do have options for financing real estate for non US citizens. Typically it requires more money down. Usually the maximum we can finance is between 60 to 65% of cost. You are also not looking at traditional bank financing but some alternative non-bank lenders, so you will see higher interest rates. At those higher interest rates the transaction still has to cash flow. But if you have the cash to put down we do have some options. You can reach me here or directly at redacted Good luck.
