Elithcer Constructora constructs multi-unit residential apartment buildings in growing prestigious neighborhoods in Santiago, Dominican Republic (DR). After construction, we sell them, unit by unit, to the general public. For the past eight years, business has been booming for us. Therefore, we are looking for investors to take our market share to the next level. In order for us to become the leading builder of residential apartments in Santiago, DR, we are looking for a senior investor to invest USD $2.1M (DOP $119.7M) in phases, within a year. This investment would expand our offices in Santiago, increase our brand recognition as a go-to construction company, and fund our next phase of larger, more ambitious building projects. This will include building three (3) apartment complex projects between now and 2027 that will total 128 units. This is projected to net over USD $2.9M (DOP $167M). The expected return on investment for the first project (32 units) is 11.17%, for the second (40 units) is 14.4%, and for the third (56 units) is 17.65% for a total of 43.22% return on investment.
