RE lending in W Canada?

Trying to help somebody out here - is anybody handling Canadian RE lending, as follows:

• Mixed light industrial/commercial space in Vancouver; I am told the market value of the two adjacent buildings is C$4 million
• Use of funds is refi and liquidity to owner who has to pay down loan from $2MM to $1MM to facilitate the sale of his business
