RE Deal structure (economics and legal) with outside investors

Hey

Does anyone have any pointers on how to structure the RE portion of an underlying CRE deal involving Short / Medium Term Rental like deals in CRE?

Have a potential LP looking to invest up to $500K - would love to know how to go about this
