I'm working with an investor group of Attorney's looking to purchase a business that's synergistic with their immigration law firm. After just completing due-diligence and their board taking a vote they decided to pass on it because they felt they didn't know enough about the industry (Fintech Co.) We've discussed other businesses that could be synergistic such as legal services providers, trustee service firms, alternative legal services and I mentioned title companies but have had little luck finding any and the cash-flow they're seeking min. $500K SDE. What other type businesses could be a fit?
