Looking for feedback on my personal brand being built on LinkedIn through day-in-the-life posts of running my commercial cleaning business organically and through M&A. The goal is to build up my brand as a professional commercial cleaning company and to attract investors, cleaning business owners, prospects, and anyone else to partner with or support our brand. My strategy is to do one Day in the Life video per week about our business updates and ETA process, and then one story/experience from my company that highlights a lesson or our positive traits. Do you think this makes sense? Would you recommend I change my post types or target persona with this strategy? Please see my lLnkedIn for some previous posts with this, as I just started a couple of weeks ago. Some tips for LinkedIn - Consistently 1 post a day - No AI text - Be genuine. Share the good and share the bad - Video idea is good. Open a YouTube channel. Publish the videos there. Use AI tools to chop up the videos into shorts (I use OpusClip). Post the short videos as well. Keep at it. Takes 12+ months to see good traction but worth it.

This is smart. The hidden benefit here is that you’re basically building a video training library for future hires while you're marketing the business. Killing two birds with one stone. Learned a lot!
