These companies are in demand even now with the macro backdrop. These will take more than just search and screen. You'll need to invest in some networking and relationship building. Will seriously take some time and patiance. Suggest attending MSP and IT services conferences as well as the big cyber conferences (blackhat, defcon and RSA). Hope that helps!
