Raising Search Capital - Puerto Rico Traditional Search Fund

My name is Renier and I'm raising search capital alongside my co-principal @redacted‌ for South Point Capital, a traditional search fund focused on Puerto Rico. My background is in operations, private equity and restructuring, with direct P&L ownership as COO at a local business generating $1M+ EBITDA.
