Raising Equity for Critical Aerospace Services biz Under LOI

Company is a provider of mission critical surface finishing and quality control / inspection services in the aerospace and defense production supply chain. Investment thesis is centered around (i) mission critical services with non-discretionary demand drivers, (ii) compelling industry tailwinds driven by recovery of commercial aviation / robust defense spending, (iii) long-standing, blue-chip customers, (iv) strong reputation and regional market leadership in a fragmented / niche industry, (v) strong operational bench and employee base, and (vi) compelling opportunities for growth.
