Raising capital for storied F&B brand (100+ year operating history)

storied food and beverage company, the deal is to acquire the franchisee operating 2 locations in NYC with rights across the entire USA (parent company is a non USA franchisor with about 20 locations of this concept globally). stores have great 4 wall margin and volume growth and the franchise agreement includes the rights to their USA ecommerce business (which is primarily food CPG / gifts). total raise will be $3 million, all growth capital and i am open to doing part of that in debt.
