We're seeking short-term bridge financing to close a working capital gap. We're seeking $300K for 90 days.

Background: we were awarded $300K in Employee Retention Credits. IRS issued the check, and the check was stolen. The IRS is reissuing a check in Q1, 2024. I can't make this up. It will be a funny story one day - not yet. Our intent was to use those funds to fund a large district contract that we won. We have $700K in received purchase orders ($288K in gross profit).
