Raising $250k for Strong Funeral Home Deal (2-1 Arbitrage!)

As the title suggests, I am looking to partner with an investor who can bring $250k to a strong $2,000,000 funeral home deal, or 12.5% of the purchase price.

In exchange, my board and I are willing to give away 25% of the deal. Business is being bought at only 2.6x net income. Let me know if this brings interest and I will share a pitch deck with more details. Thank you!
