We are an Independent Sponsor under contract on an opportunity in the rail services space. Our firm is comprised of professionals with significant experience in the industry. We are looking for equity capital to come in alongside our own cash and investment from our mezzanine lender in order to round out the capital structure. The business provides rail facility maintenance, environmental remediation and emergency response services to railroads and utility companies in the Western U.S. The Company provides a wide range of services to its many clients, including but not limited to: construction of railroad fueling facilities, track beds and rail, wastewater treatment plants, above and below ground mechanical facilities, road construction, trench-less pipe services, and 24/7 emergency response services.
