Quick question for design-build / facilities operators or searchers

I’m talking with people in design, construction, and facilities about a problem that keeps coming up: Lots of PDFs, drawings, and schedules but no easy way to verify they still match before permits, bids, or renovations. I’m doing research to understand how teams actually deal with this today. I spoke to a kitchen design company who confirmed this but curious to learn from others as well.
