quick loan needed for legal fees

I am looking for a lender to do a 1 year loan for $9M collateralized by a $12M primary residence and personal guarantee of a HNWI . Borrower and property are located in Tucson, AZ. The property is a private home in gated community in Tucson. He has an existing $6M note that he is willing to replace with this request for $9M and he has no other debt. He also has a high personal net worth of $40M or so and multiple other rental properties that he is willing to cross collateralize as well as give a personal guarantee.
