Hey All! I wanted to send out a quick intro after joining. I'm a partner at Acquisight M&A - we specialize in seller representation for construction, industrial, and specialty contractors in the Southeast. We're based in Charleston, SC, most of our deals are in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic, but we've worked on deals across the country sized anywhere between $5M -$100M. We also partner with searchers on the buy-side wherever you need help. - Quality of Earnings (QofE) reports - Due Diligence Engagements - Business Valuations - Access to Capital through our network of SBA Lenders and alternative funding sources. - Help searchers source and analyze deals. We have recently helped several searchers on a case-by-case basis. In these partnerships, we leverage our network and referral partners to identify on-market and off-market deals we are not representing that fit in your target buy box. We handle the CIM gathering and initial broker conversations, weed out unattractive deals, and give you analysis and suggestions on potential opportunities.
