Hi everyone- introducing myself here. Managing Director with Cohn Reznick's Transaction Advisory group - we do buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence on middle market businesses with EBITDA generally between $2 million and $50 Million. Industry focus includes: technology, consumer, food and beverage, cannabis, manufacturing, healthcare and e-commerce.
