Question: SBA Real Time P&I Data via the Capital Access Financial System

Has anyone been able to get real time principal and interest payment history from the Capital Access Financial System (https://caweb.sba.gov/)?

Our bank does not have a digital interface to access this information in real time. I have an account setup on the Capital Access Financial System, but my principal and interest payment history is null on the Capital Access Financial System website. I've been trying to get a representative from the SBA or my lender to explain why, but to no avail.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated - especially if anyone has had luck with the Capital Access Financial System.
