I am trying to get an understanding of the interest generated from medical-based and law-based deals. (Mainly SBA sized deals)

Are there many doctors/medical professionals out there looking to buy their own business??
The same goes for lawyers/legal professionals... are there any out there that look to acquire their own firm??
There is also the potential for non-medical/legal professionals to acquire businesses in these niches... how common is that and how does it work? I assume it would have to be bigger deals as hiring a medical/legal professional to operate a business isn't cheap.

Any shared knowledge would be much appreciated!
