apologize for my ignorance, i don't know anything about M&A or deal making.

how do you pass a deal around to your investors and eventually close a deal? what happens after you find a deal, how do you present it and how do you end up raising the capital for that acquisition and close?

I would focus on spending some time educating yourself through resources such as books and courses. For books, I recommend the HBR Guide to Buying a Small Business & A Practical Guide to Buying A Business. I have a course on the legal aspects of buying a business that is more than 82 lessons on the entire deal process. Feel free to DM me, and I'd be happy to share the link to it.

That is a really broad question! I don't think anyone can comprehensively answer it in a single post. Can I suggest you first do some background reading? Start with the Stanford Search Fund Primer (available online). Then, if you still have questions, I'm happy to have a friendly chat. Feel free to DM me here or email me at redacted
