Question about CIMs / OMs

Curious to know how long it typically takes a broker to make a CIM or OM for a sub-$2M EBITDA business? If there are any willing brokers I'd love to speak with you for 15 minutes to learn more about best practices.

Thanks :)

Thanks, again, ^redacted‌ - CIMs can be quite disappointing. Especially if they have too many errors or omissions. I and a lawyer examined CIMs.

I produce very high-quality and comprehensive CIMs to answer most buyer questions before the first meeting with my sellers. It can take 4-8 weeks to create a CIM. This is only some working time###-###-#### hours), but it takes time to receive information requests and analyze the details. This usually produces another round of clarifying questions that the seller may or may only be able to answer with additional research. I'll also add that preparing a CIM is both 'filling in a template' and art built from past deals and knowledge of likely buyer questions and concerns.
