Hey Polina — two quick thoughts. First, this setup creates a significant conflict of interest and misaligned incentives. Second, it’s tough for most searchers to structure payments this way. It’s occasionally feasible for well-capitalized or institutional buyers, but QofE providers generally won’t assume that level of risk with individual searchers. I don't think he works on a deferred basis, but I highly recommend ^redacted‌ who does great, efficient work
