Quality of Earnings Example

A person in my network is looking for a sample quality of earnings report (CPG-related, if possible). She plans to include QoE assumptions in her decision matrix to asses potential targets. Any suggestions?

Having looked at QOEs for different industries I don't think a QOE for a CPG company will be materially different than any other industry (maybe look out a bit more for inventory/commodity prices or COGS), In general though, I think you will have a hard time finding a publicly available QOE, but I would recommend the book Financial Shenanigans if you're trying to get smarter at looking out for the tricks companies might use to manipulating their financial statements
