While I do not know David, I have known his firm for many, many years and know his colleague Sylvie G. very well. They do excellent work and you would be hard-pressed to find a firm with more integrity than Citrin Cooperman & Company. Here's a real-life example of why they are so good. Several years ago I was searching for a firm to do a QofE on a $12 million carve out of a $400 million company. It had no actual financials because it wasn't a business entity of any sort, just a business unit (which I understand could have financials if the primary company organized it as such).
