Clay Path Partners is under exclusivity with a $7M+ EBITDA regional quick-serve/fast casual restaurant chain that operates over 70 corporate locations and frachises additional locations. Sub 5x TTM EBITDA entry multiple. We have multiple debt IOIs covering ~50% of the transaction and a $5-10M anchor equity investor. We're looking to solve for a modest equity gap.
