QofE / Accountant Recommendation

Thanks!> Hi - Im looking for recommendation for QofE provider and accountant for a small business purchase in the $4-5M range. Ideally they would be able to advise on tax structure and provide post-purchase accounting services as well. If anyone has had good experiences with a firm or specific individual that is also reasonably priced, please share. Im based in the Chicago area and the business is located in Massachusetts. Thank you!

Have tried all the known ones, and ended up with a simple self made one in notion. Most of the others are just bloated and full of functions 99% of people dont need. Pipedrive and Zoho Bigin are quite nice though.
