Hi everyone!

I am trying to educate myself on the process of a Quality of Earnings report and everything that goes into it for SMB acquisitions. Are there any good resources on the topic? Ideally a comprehensive and thorough book. FYI, I have strong financial background so not looking or high-level information.

Hi Nick, I haven’t found any books that are specific to a QoE, but Jacob Orosz has a book called the Art of the Exit that is a nice guide for the process as a whole for SMBs. I’ve done on a few podcasts on the topic of QoEs as well that you might find useful. Id also be happy to quickly chat and walk you through how the QoE process works. Feel free to email me at redacted
