QoE and Tax Professionals in Canada

Hi all, I'm a US-based searcher looking at a Canadian deal and trying to build my deal team in Canada. Looking for recommendations on: (1) QoE providers in Canada -- the target uses Sage50, so I'd prefer a firm that is familiar with that software. (2) Tax professionals -- I'm a dual-citizen, American resident. I'm planning on raising from US investors and I'm planning on expanding the business into the US, so I'd love to find a firm that can help with tax strategy on both the business and personal side.
