PURE primarily sells, installs and services Deionized (DI) water systems, but also offers a variety of purified water systems along with regular maintenance services, parts and consumables. About 60% of sales come from a base of equipment lease and service agreements with 98% repeat sales. They are known for their responsiveness, reliability, fair pricing and excellent customer service from their three experienced field Techs. Ownership has engaged The Hatteras Group to explore options for an eventual exit. We have not established an asking price for the business.
