Purchase Agreement Template

Hello, I've been quoted by several attorneys who want 5-10% of deal value as a fee for updating their purchase agreement templates. I actually said ok to one then he'd take 1-2 weeks to reply to an email and eventually he ghosted. So if anyone has a template I'd appreciate it. The purchase is for an accounting firm in NC with a cash payment upfront and contingent holdback or seller's note.

How big is your deal? 5-10% of deal value is absurdly large unless the deal is very small. I'm located in Durham and happy to chat about flat fee pricing.
