Purchase agreement ingredients

Hi all,
We've been advised to draft as much of the skeleton of a purchase agreement as possible before involving our lawyers, to help minimise deal costs. Does anyone know where we could find a reliable example of a purchase agreement to understand the key components? While there are many templates online, it's hard to gauge their reliability.

If anyone is able to share a redacted or anonymised version, that would be incredibly helpful.
