Hi all-
Would anyone be willing to share their purchase agreement document - with as much intact/unedited as possible? I'm a searcher, but also a former attorney, so I'm comfortable with these docs. However, iI did entertainment law in my past life, not SMB M&A, so I never had an opportunity to see these docs.

If you're looking for a template to work off of, you may want to give more detail. Is it an asset purchase? A stock purchase (of a corporation)? Is it a membership interests purchase? Can send you a form doc if you give more detail.
