Hi all, has anyone come across or created a punch list of everything needed to do BEFORE the search begins? Legal, etc. I'd like to fully understand what is needed up front, and put it all in a Gantt Chart format so that I can have some structure and minimize the surprises. If nothing like this exists, would anyone mind if I interview you with the objective of building this punch list?

I haven't found anything comprehensive (and so would be interested to see what others have come across), although the following link has some high level information that should hopefully provide a decent starting point: https://www.endurancesearchpartners.com/EnduranceSearchPartners/media/Resources/Exhibit-M_Search-Fund-Pre-Launch-Org-Plan.pdf
