Provider of Debt & Equity for Searchfunders

I am curious to know if you have come across capital providers that offer searchfunders access to equity and debt/mezz products. The private equity shops I have come across tend to focus on larger transaction sizes only. Thank you.

Agree with the comments above that SBICs generically can offer attractive debt/equity combinations and that RF is a great shop with eTa partnership experience. There is also a growing group of firms that offer similar, but more equity oriented capital - primarily targeting independent sponsors vs. classic search funds - but depending on your profile and deal profile, may be interesting partners, particularly for self-funded searchers skewing towards a bit more professional experience. Our firm Tuckerman is one such capital providing, but the universe is growing (some want to do "the whole" deal and others are comfortable as an anchor or minority member of a syndicate (that may or may not also include debt securities).
