Interested in hearing about different combinations of CRMs/sales tools people are using to manage their pipeline, contacts and outreach. I've mostly come across searchers using HubSpot/Pipedrive in conjunction with various collaboration/sales engagement platforms.

I'm a big believer in the Zoho platform if you are looking for a free system with a ton of features and ability to customize easily. Their customer service is great and there are a ton of cost effective add-on vendors for both free and paid apps and plugins. Zoho works with Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook so you can easily add content from your inbox to the CRM system.

It is also a great system for their paid services which get you more features. I have implemented many CRM systems for companies and if they are not very familiar with CRM I typically will start them out with Zoho and for most companies that is more than sufficient for future use.

It is also easy to move from Zoho to Salesforce or Hubspot in the event you want to pay for one of the more expensive systems.

In addition to CRM, they also have Campaigns which can be very effective in mass emailing leads and contacts and is integrated into CRM so you don't have to use a different program for email marketing, like Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.

redacted‌Hi, ^redacted‌:

* Here's a list of perks/discounts for Searchfunder members on CRMs: https://www.searchfunder.com/post/beta-test-discounts-perks-page If, for some reason, you find a CRM that is not listed here, please let me know. I am always happy to try to see if I can get a discount.

* Also, here's a past post: https://www.searchfunder.com/post/looking-for-crm-recommendations
