Proprietary HVAC Plumbing lead

All, I was approach by the owners of a long standing HVAC Plumbing company in my area (Boise, ID). The company is almost a century old but the current generation running it has floundered. The company is treading water. Purchase price would be assets plus real estate. It is not a fit for our HoldCo at the moment. If anyone is interested let me know, happy to give you some background and make an intro. For someone who has proven experience in HVAC or has a strong HVAC GM on their bench this could be an interesting opportunity. I'm not a broker, this deal came directly to us from our network.
