Proprietary deal under LOI - Seeking non-recourse debt

Business Purchase price - 950k 
Additional Working capital needed - 560k 
Total Price: 1.52 million 

Deal was approved for SBA financing with only 10% down. I am seeking alternative lending arrangements - preferably a loan without a personal guarantee. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
