Proof of Financial Ability

Hi all. I’m evaluating a deal and broker is asking for proof of financial ability before site visit and before LOI. Anyone have templates? Do these need to come from investors or lenders, or both?

Hello Jay, typically brokers like to see PFS and/or some sort of prescreened letter from a lender. If you are planning to have outside investors, you may want to put that in a letter. But if I were you, I wouldn't share investors info at your stage. As for templates, PFS can be generic or use the brokers form. Happy to chat if you need help.
