Project Funding Recommendations

Hello everyone,

We are currently raising $75M for a brand acquisition as part of our larger $280M acquisition ecosystem strategy.

We typically raise capital through traditional means and syndicate deals individually but currently entertaining proposals from project funding lenders with our bigger picture in mind along with some interesting structures. We want to see if anyone here has and is willing to share their experience doing larger deals with project funding/ alternative lenders. Also open to recommendations for alternative options that we could compare with what is being presented to us.
