Project Doctor 25 Million of Revenue 6.5 Million of EBITDA
What Project Doctor does: Think of the telehealth brands you see advertised for weight loss, hair loss, men's health or skin care. Most of them don't employ their own doctors. They run the brand, the ads and the website, and Project Doctor supplies the medical side behind the scenes. When a patient signs up with one of those brands, Project Doctor's licensed doctors review the patient's intake and prescribe if appropriate. Project Doctor then sends the prescription to a partner pharmacy, which ships it to the patient. It also handles the compliance and state licensing needed to do this in all 50 states and DC. The brand pays Project Doctor a fee for every doctor visit. Today it powers hundreds of digital health brands. Why it's a strong asset: • National network: 100+ active MD/DO providers and 70+ visit types, built over years • No marketing spend: the brands pay to acquire patients; Project Doctor spends less than 1% of revenue on advertising • Capital-light: no capex and recurring revenue Financials (last twelve months to August 2026; unaudited, before a quality-of-earnings review): • LTM revenue: $22.8M, up from $13.3M in FY2024 • LTM adjusted EBITDA: $6.4M, a 28% margin • LTM gross margin: 57.3%, up from 46.2% in FY2024 • FY2025 for reference: $8.0M adjusted EBITDA
