Private Placement Memo Templates

Does anyone have some good PPM templates I can look at? I filled out the Stanford GSB one, but wanted to see if anyone had any other formats to compare. I just want to be sure that I am generally in the right frame.l

I've been told that the Stanford GSB is the best one to use, and to personalize it whereever possible.
