Exciting news: I'm happy to share that Private Market Labs has been acquired and will be joining forces with Evermark AI (www.evermark.ai), a new platform in the SMB M&A space designed to help serious buyers find the right acquisition targets faster. I've really enjoyed working with Rom Manzano and the Evermark team over the past couple of months, and I expect Evermark is going to be a huge hit with the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Community. Of course, this acquisition represents an important moment for me personally as I officially close the PML chapter of my career. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in pursuit of democratizing access to small business M&A through technology.
